Riverkeeper Beer Series with HiWire
Join Asheville GreenWorks, MountainTrue, 98.1 The River and HiWire Brewing at French Broad Outfitters for the next great installment of the Riverkeeper Beer Series! HiWire is our brewery sponsor for this event in the series, but if you’re only coming for the afterparty, be sure to come to French Broad Outfitters for the celebration. Otherwise, come early to enjoy the float while helping cleanup our river.
The clean up will run from 1-5pm on August 31st, ending at French Broad Outfitters for a celebratory beer. We will contact you with more details, but the section of river is flatwater and suitable for all paddlers.
Ticket price includes: boat and paddling gear (if needed), shuttle, one beer on us, and a raffle ticket to win a prize pack of outdoor gear builders products! If you register for 3 or more Riverkeeper Beer Series events, we will waive your registration fee! Email Catie Morris at outings@mountaintrue.org to sign up for multiple clean ups.
The first ten folks to register will receive the 2019 Recover Brands Riverkeeper Beer Series shirt. Everyone will have a chance to win some great prizes from the Asheville Gear Builders for weirdest trash, most tires, creepiest trash, and best overall trash haul.
